Meet the artist

Saleha Atif is a self-taught Pakistani-Canadian artist based in Vancouver, on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.

With over a decade of experience, she is known for her expressive landscape and portrait paintings in oil and acrylic.

Inspired by nature and The Creator’s creation, she often incorporates vivid blues and greens that tie the natural world around her into her palette.

Saleha has worked on murals, portraits, abstract and mixed-media pieces. Beyond painting, she also explores charcoal, clay, collage, photography, and organic materials — open to any medium that brings her vision to life.

For Saleha, experiencing and creating art, in all its forms, is central to the human experience.
